EUROWA SERVICES' QUALITY TRANSMISSION REBUILDING

All transmission units are pressure-tested for oil leaks. Transmissions tested on our computerized DYNAMOMETER run for a minimum of three hours, at all temperature ranges and speeds of up to 80 mph. To ensure maximum quality, our test parameters exceed all normal driving conditions.

  • Housings are cleaned professionally
  • We only use superior quality OEM gasket sets.
  • Our OEM clutches are always new.
  • Clutch plates are either remanufactured or new.
  • We use OEM front and rear brake pads and OEM modulator valves and shift cables, exclusively.
  • Both transmission and valve body are stripped, cleaned and rebuilt.
  • All seals and Teflon rings are replaced, regardless of their condition.
  • Hard parts that are damaged are replaced with OEM parts (i.e. primary pumps, planetary gears, clutch drums, etc.).
  • All modifications and updates are performed according to the latest industry standards.
  • Transmissions with a defective valve body are never a problem for us, since we rebuild them and have many new ones in stock.
  • Units with torque converters are also rebuilt and tested.
  • OUR TRANSMISSIONS

    We maintain an inventory of automatic transmissions for most Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi (including Quattro) and VW models (including AWD Syncros and Passats). There are also some standard differential units in stock.

    Eurowa carries all the necessary tools and equipment to properly rebuild the transmissions of newer models equipped with electronic transmission controls. These transmissions are tested with computerized test equipment by Borg Warner, ZF (BMW) and Asin Warners, among others.

    Furthermore, we rebuild transmissions for classic vehicles, such as vintage Porsches, like the 356/911, late Carrera 2&4, 930/959, 944, 928, as well as Saabs, Volvos, Jaguars and most Asian cars (both standard and automatic).
