Owner Franz Gstrein began his career as an apprentice at the Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen factories in Germany and later honed his professional skills as a licensed mechanic for Mercedes-Benz, VW-Audi and Porsche dealerships in Austria, Germany, England and Canada.

Located in N.D.G, just 3 km from the downtown core of Montreal, Eurowa features a 1400 sq.ft garage, with the parts department and machine shop occupying a further 2200 sq.ft. We comply with the latest environmental and safety standards.

Our premises at Eurowa feature state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Our customized transmission tester, is powered by a 200HP gas engine and includes a hydraulic brake system for testing rear-wheel drive Mercedes Benz and BMW transmissions.

We routinely rebuild transmissions and engines for all German cars, as well as Saab, Volvo, Jaguar, Alfa-Romeo, Range-Rover and Japanese and American models. We do it all at Eurowa, but our forté lies in our intimate knowledge of transmissions.
